Cabinet of Dr. Caligari

I've mentioned this 1919 silent film in passing in class, and I think enough of you are influenced by german expressionistic cinema whether you realize it or not.

The film's set are all done in a bizarre nightmarish style that works completely with the atmosphere of the movie.

I agree the sets of this movie are really interesting. Its funny we just watched this film in the class History of Film that I am enrolled in. A great inspiration.
